Easy.
When preparing a meal make sure at least half of your plate is filled with vegetables. These will fill you up, and give you nutrients. Drink a glass of water ten minutes before your meal, this will fill your stomach up a little, and thirst is very commonly mistaken for hunger. Eat from dark plates, the colours will make you think you are full. I don’t know how it works exactly, but it does.

I just had 22 pop chips (120 calories) which I thought would be a nice snack. Buuuut I feel a binge coming on now. There’s pizza in my fridge and tons of other amazing foods. Please help me someone ):
